One Medical (Corporate Office)

I was lucky to finally find a good doctor at the location I now go to because she actually researches what she does not know. As to OMG in general, not recommended. The doctors are mostly young and inexperienced and often just send you to specialists when there is something actually wrong. In my own experience, the specialists are not well chosen. Often as not, if you have questions for your One Medical doctor about the specialists reports they just refer you back to the specialists for explanations. Also, it is not possible to directly call your own doctor's office, which is very inconvenient. The telephone numbers that are published for One Medical offices are phony. They all get answered by a remote telephone team after a long robot lecture about how you should go to the web site instead. When this company launched they used direct email communication, which was great, No more. The patient portal you must now use is not very well designed and presents communication problems. If the most important thing for you is being seen on time then sign up, otherwise, don't.

I have been a member of One Medical since 2016 and it's a wonderful benefit my employer provides. I travel a lot for work and being able to see someone in most cities i work is great. But... My last two video visits with Dina Newman P.A. have been horrible. Talk about a person that does not want to listen to the patient. She will overtalk you, and sound like she being bother about doing her job. She has made be feel extremely uncomfortable. Dian should not be working in the medical field with anyone. As she has proven that she does not have any tack multiple times with me. I highly suggest that One Medical review her video interactions...
