worst service ever. been calling for pass one month regard my direct deposit for my restaurant. have not received any good feedback yet. always transfering my call to different department and says they gonna take 4-5 bussiness days to approve. HELLO its been more than 1 month. kindly take care of it please.

Very disappointed in grub hub and will never use their service again. We ordered a huge order from a restaurant known for Buffalo wings. When the order arrived all the chicken was just plain chicken. When I contacted grub hub I was told by them it was my fault because grub hub does not have a sauce option. Even though the photo displayed was a chicken with an apparent red sauce on it. I asked for a refund and was told no. I continued to express my feelings if the situation, and finally was offered a 41.00 plus change refund out if a 80.00 plus dollar order. I agreed even though it was only half. When my refund showed up in my credit card it was only 29.00. I was lied to by grub hub. I will never use them again. There are plenty of other services to use. The entire time grub hub made it out to be my fault for the error.
