Probably the worst rental management company in Manhattan and Brooklyn (and that's saying a lot!) - DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE HORRIBLE! - they advertise as higher end properties and they are literally high-end slum lords! The property management company is non existent and the properties are run down and in disrepair! Don't be fooled by the design they are abandoned with no supers, no maintenance, terrible!!

Extremely unprofessional company, avoid if you can. It started from our lease which had the previous tenants’ name throughout the lease. It’s like they’ve never prepared these documents before. If I didn’t read it, who knows what would’ve happened. They lied about installing laundry machines in the building and have been unresponsive when we ask for repairs. Multiple times window repair calls have been unsuccessful and all our windows don’t even close completely.

Currently living in an apartment owned my Trihill and managed by New Holland. If it was possible to give 0 stars I would. This is legitimately the worst rental company I have ever come in contact with. They reel you in with what seems to be a nice and unique property and fluffed information about amenities and then screw you over repeatedly. We have had a very dangerous amount of BLACK MOLD growing on one side of the apartment since November and it took them TWO MONTHS to get maintenance in here to “fix” it, and by fix I mean they sprayed it with bleach and told us we’d be fine (it came back shortly after and I’ve had to spend unnecessary amounts of time spraying and scrubbing it off of our walls) Not only did it take maintenance 2 months to come in, they let themselves in with little to no warning on multiple occasions. We have attempted to contact the company on countless occasions about getting things fixed, getting the rent reduced, getting heat and we get 0 response. They don’t answer their phones and the best response we get is a link to maintenance request forms, which mind you they almost never follow trough with. We’ve had 3 separate shelves snap with plates and glassware on them nearly crush us, barely any heat (its literally 50-60 degrees or less in our apartment in the middle of winter), black mold, leaks from the windows, maintenance people letting themselves in with no notice, packages stolen and very very little correspondence. High. Class. Slum. Lords. They don’t care about their tenants or the buildings all they want is their money. Avoid them at All Costs. Yeah, the apartment is cool but its just not worth the constant fight trying to make the place safe and livable.
