        After placing my order 14 days ago, I have yet to receive my shipping confirmation. I emailed and called on day five, day seven, day nine and again after that,. When you call customer service it rings and rings and your place on hold perpetually. Then the message says please email for faster service, which I have done each time. Honestly I can't even cancel my order because there is no method to do so. Ridiculous.

        I placed an order for 1.100 USD for 5 items. 1 item was not included in the shipment. Despite numerous phone calls and 30 emails the only comments from the staff were: „we understand your frustration..., we believe you ...and have a great day...“ I have never got the missing item that I paid 180 USD for, not a refund BE CAREFUL do not Trust them with advance payment Makes you feel like Running against a wall....
