Tom Ford International

Purchased a pair of his "Disco Ball" Earrings at $1,950.00 right from the runway. Thank God he reduced them to $975.00 because when they arrived, parts were missing and a bent post. Talked to their horrible customer service at least 5x and it has yet to be resolved. Can't return them, as they are a final sale. Took them to a jewelry store and they were outraged that something as expensive as this could happen. People on the phone are just not caring of the situation or their customers. I guess after all the makeup I bought and now these, they just don't care. Don't shop Tom Ford online. It's a nightmare.

I have over 25 pairs of shoes many bags and many clothing items from Tom Ford. However last year in May 2016 I went to the flagship store on Madison Ave., New York with a broken heel which shouldn't be broken because it was madd out of metal . It Broke down in half.. However the store manager Kristina told me that she would order a new one for me from Italy.after waiting almost 3 months I went back to Tom Ford just to find out that they ordered a wrong one from a totally different shoe. Since May 2015 till now which is June 2017 I was still waiting for the phone call from Tom Ford store manager to let me know that my heel came. Never happened !!! And this is very shamefull for a company like Tom Ford not to stay behind their Products.So is my second year when I cannot wear those shoes anymore so I guess I have to throw them away after wearing them less than a month. THANK YOU TOM FORD AND THANK YOU KRISTINA !!! I guess i was good only when i paid thousands of dollars for your products 😡
