    BUYER BEWARE!! . I ordered a Bodum replacement beaker that was not the appropriate size from the one I ordered on Amazon (see pictures below) on there official website. You have to PAY shipping to send it back ($10) which I was a little frustrated with but did because I wanted a partial refund back and it was my fault. So I asked them if they could give me the recommended size for my beaker since it was as BODUM brand and they said a supervisor would be reaching out to me. This was on 5/21/21. On 5/28/21, my tracking order number said the shipment was received on 5/27/21. On 6/7/21 I reached out to them about my return shipment refund and to let them know that I have not still received any emails from the supervisor. NO RESPONSE. I reached out to them again on 8/22/21. AGAIN NO RESPONSE. I spent $50 on items that I returned and paid shipping for and this is how you treat your customers? This business is a scam!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND that you do NOT buy from this establishment

    Horrible customer service. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but for a high end brand not been able to talk to a human and for the “offices to be close” is unacceptable. Many companies have people working from home that answer the phone to help your paying customer. You can only reach customer service via email and you just have to wait for a reply. I purchased a Bodum Presso Shatterproof Storage Jar first order came we liked the items so we ordered 4 more. From the 2nd shipment one of boxes had two broken jars. I immediately reached out to them. Was told that they can’t do anything about it and I have to deal with the store. Who does that!! You have to stand by your products and support your customers. We also ordered lunch boxes and one came with a broken inner container. Obviously there is a issue with your packaging. Items are shipped out with out zero protective material. Also be aware of the return policy it’s not easy at all. Please read below. This day and age who charges a restocking fee. All BODUM products carry a limited one year warranty on manufacturer defects. Glass is not covered by warranty. Proof of purchase must be provided upon request in order to verify warranty coverage. Please retain purchase receipts for your records. Bodum allows 30 days for the return of unused products, based on the date the item was originally received by the customer. We offer refunds or replacements of unused merchandise, less a 10% restocking fee and anyassociated shipping charges. Returns and damages caused by misuse or non-household use are not covered within this policy and claim approval ispurely at Bodum's discretion. Items received with broken glass are not considered defective products. Bodum must be notified of any breakage within five business days. Unless these matters are address appropriately this will be the last time I do business with them.

    I have been trying to get my $50 back for months, they are slow and unhelpful when they respond to the ticket you open (cause you have to open a ticket to get a refund, there is no "Print Return Label" feature, at all anywhere on their website. DO NOT ORDER FROM BODUM USA and expect to get a helpful online experience. I won't go near their site again, it really is an apocalypse of frustration, which you should save yourself from.... see attached receipt. If they manage to figure who I am from this receipt they can keep my money... OH WAIT, THEY ALREADY DID!!!!

    DO NOT ORDER FROM BODUM. It is impossible to place a return. One week after receiving the order I requested an RMA because their policy is that they must issue it. I've contacted their customer service two more times since then, with no response. I called their customer service # which reports that their office is closed. Their return process is a sham. Bodum is an unethical business.

    If I have reviewed the comments here, I won't buy their product online. The kettle I bought looks very cheap, totally different with the picture on the website. When I want to return, it takes me 3 days to approve with very strict condition required, and I have to pay the return freight also. I will never buy their product again.
