Stay away from their web shop. The cashmere beanie I received was used and covered by someone's hair everywhere. (Yuck!) I emailed the customer service, got replied in 7(!) days. I demanded to send me a replacement item asap because it's their fault. Lack of inspection, neither my fault or I want to return. While I returned the used item I received but they never send me a replacement item yet. It's been more than 2 weeks. The phone number on their website is automated and can't speak with a person. Email takes at least 3-4 days(from 2nd reply. Again, the first reply takes 7 days) to hear back from them and they seems not reading what I'm writing down at all. Not only I couldn't get the item I wanted in new condition but also having extremely hard time to deal with customer service. Very frustrated. I returned the item, I'm not receiving a replacement or refund. You can tell how much I'm furious, can't you?
