DO NOT BUY FROM HERE, ordered an outfit and paid extra for expedited shipping, took a month to receive, on top of that they sent one size shirt and completely different size pants. Messaged to get a refund and they asked for photos for proof which I responded with what was asked. Its now going on 72 hours and no response. Im willing to ship it back for a refund as now the event we wanted to use the costume for is this Sunday the 31st so theres no time to switch it out and now are left without a costume since its just days before Halloween. Absolutely disgusted by the customer service or should I say lack of and how they messed up this order so bad.

Ordered a costume from them and paid something like $20 for expedited shipping. It took three weeks to get here. Annoying, but not the end of the world. What IS pretty awful is that I asked for an XL and they sent an XL top with medium bottoms. So this costume is useless to me. I was going to be in a parade with my children as all Star Wars characters. That wont be happening because its only a few days before Halloween and no time to get a new one. Tried to call and it just goes to voicemail and no one calls back. Sent an email requesting a refund and they demanded proof that they sent the wrong size. Not sure why I owe them anything after paying for expedited shipping I didnt receive and then getting the wrong size. But ok. Sent the photos and have not heard back. Garbage company!
