        I must admit the building has nice lobby, location and great doorman/concierge service. All the building amenities stop at this point. The managing company AKAM completely fails to maintain and take care of the building. UC level, where the laundry room is, has garbage odor, rooftop is closed through the summer due to continues leakage, elevators go out of service frequently, and the worst part is Central Air, you might find the AC is not working properly in mid August and have your newborn child sweating out of heat and stuffiness in the apartment. Same problems can appear in winter with heating. Overall I find the building management poor, oblivious and ineffective.
