It's a beautiful building

Lived here for several months. Building is old but rent is cheap, apartments are modern and awesome and is in a great location. Open rooftop, laundry on most floors, 3 elevators, with tons of food options nearby and easy access to the entire city.

Have lived here for about 4 months at the time this review was written. Generally, the staff are very nice with the exception of one doorman, who is very talkative, condescending, and sometimes prejudiced (made a comment about a black friend unsolicited, and sometimes comments on the clothes that women are wearing or yells at delivery/laundry people). Unfortunately he is also the doorman who works the most. If that doesn't bother you, it is otherwise a great place to live. The super is very helpful and there's an elevator (which is old and clunky but works).
