        Expensive and not good service. Don't go by the other online reviews. First of all the check in process wasn't good. When we got to the room there was strong cigarette smell of the room as well as coming from the centralized air conditioner. When we requested for a change of room, we were told that there were no rooms available. Although at the same time there was some new customers checking in at the lobby, who were upgraded (when we asked for room change) without even asking. The furniture in the room had cigarette burns and dirt on the windows and blind covers. Attached pictures for reference. There are better hotels nearby for same/better price range.

        We work with the team on this project. It truly a beautiful condominium in my favorite part of Manhattan, the Upper West Side. The other reviews of this property are for the hotel, which no longer exists and are misleading.
