My 5 stars is strickly honoring the resident manager n all of his staff, ONLY..They are the best. most helpful n caring. We live here but board president n some others not nice and prople caring at all. Atitude problem. Resident Glen n wife are nasty attitude. I had problems more than once. Glenn even stopped my washer, took my clothes out wet n had even my dish cloth on floor I had to throw away. They have no remorse, n arrogant. Week ago he also came to my door n took cart while we were unloading a shipment, n I went to door, he had taken cart instead of going down stairs to get another which there were 2 more. When I brought the one I had upstairs. I left 2 more. I have had it with him n his arrogant self so have other residents. The nice Cocierge on desk defused confrontation by quietly getting me another cart to bring rest of my shipment upstairs.
