I had a keyboard on my laptop which had not worked for a year (I was using a remote keyboard all that time). By chance I found ny computer via Google and after seeing reviews, tried them. I was quite apprehensive as I had not had good experience with computer repair places in the past. Patrick and then Matt had immediately put my anxieties at ease as they were courteous, pleasant, and accommodating.
Gave me options to replace the keyboard within a week, and when
the wrong color keyboard was delivered, immediately installed it, so I could use the computer, re-ordered the correct color, and just let me know when it was in and switched them in an hour. Prefect work at a fair price. I recommended them to everyone at my firm.
