Since I moved in their Midtown rental building almost 3 years ago, Jack Atias and his friendly staff led by Carol have been understanding, courteous, and helpful with each situation that has arisen, whether logistic or financial. The lease process and move-in was a breeze thanks to Carol's caring and professionalism. I felt like she genuinely wanted to help me get it all done with the least amount of stress. When I first moved in and asked for some things to be looked at, they sent the super right away to care of every single request. No delay whatsoever. Kelly, a newer member of the team, has proven to be a great addition. She responds quickly by email or phone and coordinates maintenance and repair requests as soon as possible. It's been such a relief to know that Kelly will listen and then follow up with what needs to be done when she says she will and then even checks back in to make sure it was done to my satisfaction. Analdo, the super for the past couple of years, takes care of the building with a can-do attitude and an everpresent smile. Whatever the concern, whether in the common areas or in my home, the Atias team has jumped in to ensure my safety and those of my neighbors. One time, I requested that Analdo stop by and Jack happened to be in the building. He came by himself and resolved the issue without hesitation. Talk about hands-on. This level of attention can be rare in this city, so I'm happy to provide an update with my comments versus what people have said years back.
