Citywide was a pleasure to deal with. They answer their phone no automated system. they serviced both my locations here in White Plains N.Y. and in NYC and sold me a new unit for my home office in Long Island. Great job even in this Pandemic. Will recommend you to everyone!

Citywide is amazing. They were professional and always around for support when I was having issues with my machines. I needed them to maintenance some scanners, a printer, and copier. I would recommend this company and service to everyone!

My experience with Citywide has been top notch. They are very knowledgeable and were able to easily recommend the best solution for our business. It always seemed like they had our best interests in mind, especially when it came to pricing. It was clear and transparent. Last but not least, the staff at Citywide are very friendly and responsive. In the past I have not had great experiences with some other vendors. This was different and I would absolutely recommend and work with them again.
