        Very unprofessional administration. I.H. Weiss co does not provide company rules or policy and procedure for their staff, which allows them to not pay staff for holidays, sick days etc. A great number of minorities are being taken advantage of due to unethical practices by the HR department. If you have worked or work for Townhouse or I H Weiss co please share your complaints to help those who may become a victim of their sketchy practices. Thank you.
