Carpet Cleaning NYC cleaned the carpet in the master bedroom and dressing area and our runners. I noticed stains on our carpets so I called Carpet Cleaning NYC and was assured they would make it right, and they did! Exactly what we needed, the carpets in both rooms now look like the day they were installed. We will be using them again

They did a phenomenal job on my whole home. I was very impressed with the Carpet Cleaning NYCs professionalism and courtesy. They vacuumed, pretreated areas that had high traffic, protected and helped shift furniture out of the way, and were hard working and friendly. If you want your carpets deep cleaned and not just a light dust removal, hire them. We cant get over how immaculately clean our carpet is!

A very thorough job was done on my carpets that needed a deep cleaning. It had been too long between cleanings and i was worried the carpet was too stained and damaged, but it now looks beautiful! I am very particular about cleaning our carpets. That being said, we couldnt believe how much effort they put into everything they touched! We have tried several other services which as it turns out only gave us some basis of comparison. Our home is sparkling clean! I will use them again. I've had my carpet cleaned many, many times but they are the best I have used. Carpet Cleaning NYC was very professional and provided quality service. It was a bit last minute but we need a deep cleaning after a remodel, and they did a superb job cleaning every area in the house! I would definitely request their services again.
