I don't know what kind of scam they're running here. I bought a gift card for my girlfriend but the "system was down." The gift card was processed later and my card was charged. Weeks later my GF attempted to book her appointment but the "system was down." I did it in person. She went to her appointment and her bday gift card didn't work. That was embarrassing bcse she HAD to pay for HER own session. This was weeks ago, I have been into he store multiple times yet I am still waiting for my refund.
Every time I go there someone else gives me a new story, they're very creative.
P.S. she didnt love the blowout

I love this place! They’re fast and efficient! You have to make an appointment however. I loved how they pair you up with a hair stylist to suit your needs. The place is a gem and a steal for the price you pay!
