        Jackson Shi, one of the manager took really good care of us when we needed to cancel and reissue cashiers checks that initially contained errors. He offered top notch, priority service to us and was very detail oriented. His help saved us from delaying our house purchase until the next day.

        I would like to give a praise to Bank of America in this site 50 Bayard Street in Chinatown of NYC.. Staff here are nice and willing to help also good mannrs in all kind of way.. Secondly I want say a big thank you to Merrill Dept Ms Gabby, she really pay to details and needs of my [customer] situations..I'm glad to all of helps and very appreciate.
