Ordered my birth certificate online its already been a month! Checked in the status and theirs a 140 to 150 BUSINESS days wait! I even paid Extra to have it expedited! Whats going on NEW YORK? Tried calling them and no one is ever there to answer and the line hangs up after a while. The city that never sleeps should be faster I would think.

I have not been to the health department since I was a child. Not sure what of what services are being offered, nor do I know how the staff operates.

I got 3 Birth Certificates in and out in 30 minutes fatest ever. Used Kiosk to order got to window they were ready.
I was prolonging going g because in the past was there for hours.

No one answered phone-- 2 attempts. I live out of state and Resident was to get BC. I needed application in person!
