Very shady and unprofessional team of people work in this company. They are pleasant when you meet them and sign the lease, but then they never seem to address any issue with the apartment or the building The issues never get resolved. Just this year alone I have lost over half of my delivery packages they simply go missing and the property manager was informed and has not done anything to resolve this matter. Me and other tenants have requested for them to install security cameras in the lobby and they refused. The building is infested with roaches and there is a signup sheet in the lobby that you have to sign up monthly and there is always people signed up. The apartment units and the hall/lobby areas are extremely hot all year round and no actions have been taken. The lobby reeks of the smell of trash and the main door/broken intercom never seems to be resolved. Oh and on top of that there’s issue with electricity bills being super high. I live in 1 bedroom apartment and my monthly electricity bills are about $350 and that’s considering I spend half of the day/night not at home, compared to my previous apartment that was about double the size and the electricity bill was more than half.

Pathetic!! Horrible landlord! These are the words that come to one's mind when they think of Harlington. If you are looking for a landlord who only believes in one duty which is to collect rent and forget about the issues then Harlington is the best place. But, if you are looking for landlord, that believes in providing habitable housing then PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THESE MONSTERS!!! Constant noise issues, bad water in the kitchen and bathroom that gives us stomach pain, and smoke in the oven (makes us not able to use oven/gas) and Harlington refuses to help!!!! Worst mistake of our life to move into one of their apartments. Uninhabitable!!!

I live in this building and the property management is a joke. The super is nice but she can't do anything because property management wont' let her fix anything big and so Nathan just ignores it and hopes you move out.
