        Just moved into the building. We moved from our Coop in Greenwich Village that we owned for more than 30+ years to here about 3 months ago. We were nervous to make such a switch after so many years. But we could not be happier. Staff is great and the building is maintained really well.

        Great Amenities and even better staff. Concierge does an unbelievable job. The multiple food trucks directly outside the building have been a black eye for the Prism. They attract rodents at night and can be quite noisy with the additional foot traffic they attract. This is a safety risk for residents.
