Good evening. This is an amazon worker. I'm a lead DA (supervisor). I witnessed DA (walker) be blatantly disrespected at this establish by a security guard that works the morning and afternoon shift. Continuously disappointed with management. Door buzzer did not work for entire 18 months living here. Gym closed for entire pandemic with no compensation with rent or word when either would be fixed. Work started in hallway and not finished for months. Cockroaches. After moving out, they had the nerve to send us bill for 'scratched floors' when we took video of whole apartment with no damage. Do not recommend this building. There was a fire once and we could barely even hear the alarm as it was out of battery on our floor and they did not even send an email explaining what happened or remove smoke before reentry.

Building staff is friendly and helpful but the buildings themselves are old and disgusting and not at all worth the rent they charge. Landlords are not responsive or tenant friendly- refused to negotiate rent during pandemic.
