NOT THE RIGHT TIME TO MOVE IN! They are doing construction and theres constant banging and drilling. If you work outside of home from 8-5, youll be fine, otherwise you really should wait at least a year before moving in (they told us this will last 2 years). They increased our rent anyways, I am guessing they know that if we move out they can charge yall more since you dont know about the noise. Other than that: Pros: really good building, nice apartments, great club house, great maintenance and mailroom staff, lots of sun on the south side even on the lowest levels, have not had any problems with mice or bugs of any kind; they allow conversion for sharing purposes, they allow pets. Cons: management is not very warm or personal, every time we email them it seems like an AI is responding rather than a person (which is in great contrast with the nice people who work all throughout the building). As others mentioned, some of the windows have very little isolation, I can feel the wind blowing in my room. They even changed one of the windows and it still made no difference, so they gave me a spongy strip that I use to seal the window when its windy, I remove it when I want to open the window, then put it back, and so on (not very 21st century).

Building is going through major exterior wall work. Noise is unbearable. The process will take months and the management office can give no exact time frame when your apartment will be directly affected. The washer/dryers are constantly broken. They expect the tenants to call the company to give notice for repairs. People wash dog blankets and leave pet hairs in the washers!

Insane drilling for the past six months moved in the summer thought it would stop ! They never ever told me when signing the lease that there would be intense drilling for the past six months . They are aware that there tenants life our miserable and they dont care . When I say intense drilling Im talking about the walls are shaking . Impossible to work from home or even sit in your own apartment on weekdays . There is no way what they are doing is customary or normal.
