I was called to review the apartment and bring in documents. The apartment was nice however two days later after me and my fiance bought in all requested documents. I was denied because I myself didn't have employment however my fiance does. In that letter I was told I had no adequate reason to add him to my cop. Furthermore wasn't giving an option to dispute this when I reached out via email no one responded.

What's the problem with the super... I visited a friend as I was walking all I hear is "you people shouldn't be here"... like tf you mean by "you people" considering I'm spanish and my friend asian we really didn't take kindly to that that type of behavior from the super which the tendent explained its basically allowed by managment... as it's an ongoing issue. Its embarrassing for companies to be subject of public humiliation online over employees that represent them by acting racist. Management please don't contact me about how we can handle this via email. It would be great if the managers actually managed and handled this instead of making me email someone private. Replace your super or start considering better practices or management...
