        Maintenance of this apartment is really good. Jose is the best super I have seen so far...very prompt at work....others helping him don't know the names but very respectful to others and does good job too!

        Rodent infested. Poor quality of maintenance of the building by its own residents. Apartments were constructed too fast and the structure of the apartment is horrible and way too small. Barely any storage space. They never paint. Management sucks. I highly suggest not living in this complex. It’s not that safe and the mice running from apt to apt is never ending. Worst HPD building in Harlem.
