Gorgeous!! Saw this beautiful building yesterday. My favorite part was the massive windows that let in so much natural light in and they provide a stunning view of NYC. Some of the apartments even have river views with the Pepsi Cola sign! It's also a great location- only one block away from the E,M, and 6 line. :)

I had a client submit an application on an apartment even before the viewing to lock in the 3 months free concession. Within days, they bumped her to another unit with higher price saying they already had multiple applications on the original unit. Unpleasant experience but my client was willing to move past it since we were told that 9/1 lease start date would be allowed. The lease documents came with 7/1 start date and when we asked for 9/1, they denied the request (even though they still didn’t have TCO). Eventually they agreed to August start date with reduced concession, which impacted the net rent significantly. My client did not feel comfortable signing a lease with unreliable management. Around the same time this drama was unfolding over the period of several weeks, another client of mine viewed the units and submitted an application (which was dragged out by management for several weeks!), then weeks later they rejected unless he gets a guarantor. My client has been renting in NYC for years without any issue, qualified within industry standards (actually exceeds the nyc standards). This request for guarantor seems unfounded and shady. I will not take anymore clients to the building as I will not place any of my clients in a building with management that’s shady and will not treat applicants fairly.
