Kibel Co

I rent an apartment from Kibel 42-10 Colden St. But there is mold in my bathroom, and water leaking in my kitchen, I also reported to Super several times... It is terrible. I am not sure if there are any problems with the Kibel building management system. But I will not recommend anyone to rent any apartment from Kibel.

Do not even consider a building that is run by Kibel. This is the worst organization in NYC. I rent an apartment from them and the building is run extremely poorly. It's advertised as a doorman building, but the doormen don't even open the doors. They just sit there - even when you have bags of groceries and luggage. They advertise that they have a concierge, but for 4 months, they have not. On top of that, the management is atrocious and are always making excuses about issues that arise. Be smart - don't move into a Kibel building. You'll thank me later!
