The Serrano

This building is absolutely gorgous there are no other words for it. The staff is super friendly and the location is unbelievable! There's absolutely nothing to compare on the Upper east side Surrounded by old glen wood buildings , this one stands out like a jewel. I truly enjoy staying here

No words. This is by far the most impeccable building on the Upper East Side. I can’t begin to speak about the truly amazing staff and the best in class service. Let alone the views that this building has to offer!! Sensational I tell you! Highly recommend this flawless apartment building and anyone that stays here can thank me later. Be well!

I've lived here for the past 3 years and all I can say is that it is the most wonderful of apartments out there. This is the only place that I believe truly cares for their residents no matter what. The shuttle had delays due to weather and management LITERALLY GOT ME AN UBER to me destination. That is what i call grade A service!

There is no way these reviews are real. Everyone that lives in this building absolutely HATES it. I live on the 32nd floor and have to frequently walk up to my apartment because the elevators dont work. When I moved into my apartment and walked in on our first day, our apartment was not even close to finished — photos below. We then didnt have gas for two weeks and had a leak in our roof. This place is the definition of hell. And it may be kind of pretty, but it’s completely non functional.

My daughter and I just applied for an apartment in this oasis of a building with more amenities than I can list. We are already dreaming about the day that we can call the Serrano our home! Once we stepped inside this wonderland and got a glimpse of the gorgeous space, it was nearly impossible to leave. The building has everything you could possibly imagine: a dog run, shuttle bus to the subway, a gym that rivals Equinox, multiple tenant lounges and outdoor gardens. We felt like we stepped into a private club where everyone has chosen to be happy! The positive vibes from the leasing agent Lolita and the designer of the building were a welcome change from the usual apartment hunting experience. The staff takes great pride in the building and speaks about the community with great enthusiasm. They even created a special dog park within the building for puppy playdates. Every detail is meticulous from the gorgeous fixtures in each unit to the warm oatmeal cookie on our way out of the lobby!
