        Rented from Townhouse Management Company for about five years. Had a great building Super and barely any issues at all. Management office was extremely helpful whenever I dealt with them. Highly recommend.

        Most unorganized management. So messy. And they don't even know what they're doing. They lose half their documents. Ridiculous how unbelievably hard it is to work with them.

        1 star is generous. They are slumlords and refuse to make repairs of any kind... emergency or not. They threaten and harass tenants also. They should be put out of business for their shady/illegal practices. Do yourself a favor and rent from ANYONE before them.

        Townhouse is the management company for my building at 152 E 83RD St. I have had the roof leak into my apartment and received no response, I have had the radiator pressure valve leak water and damage wood floors with no resolution, the hallway carpet in our building is disgusting and frayed, and Townhouse Management Co. only seems to fix anything when people get upset or make noise. I would not rent nor purchase in a building that Townhouse Management Co. oversees in the future.
