        The apartment, neighborhood, and local staff are all excellent. HOWEVER, the management company has outsourced most Customer Service lines about leasing/billing etc. so trying to get one of those issues resolved is an absolute nightmare. If you're going this route, get a name from whoever it is you talk to, they claim there are no supervisors available (yet will still put you on hold when they need to 'talk to somebody'). Names will be helpful for the inevitable deposition.
