501 East 74th Street

#1 Building in New York City Having lived all over Manhattan, I can tell you that 501 East 74th is the most phenomenal rental building in town. The service is like that of a white-glove park avenue condo building. Everything is immaculate and maintenance requests are taken care of practically instantly. Big shout out to Joe the amazing super and his entire team and also Andy and the wonderful folks at Sky Management. I can not recommend this building enough. You have to live there to experience the difference compared to your typical Manhattan building. I can't recommend it enough.

I have lived in this building for about 3.5 years now. I cannot say enough about the building, the management co and the staff. This is a true boutique building that is relatively new with many amenities. They are always willing to listen to suggestions and safety is always first to protect the tenants & the building. I have looked at many apartments and nothing truly compares.

My husband, son and I moved here last spring and couldn't be happier. The building (including amenities) is always clean; manager and doormen are courteous, professional and attentive; maintenance is fast and efficient; and our neighbors are lovely.
