Its a great building and the doorman are really helpful, especially Simon. Although be warned the Management Team are woefully incompetent. Specifically Kevin Coughlin. It took me 6 months to get my deposit back, when there were no dispute issues with my deposit, just a lack of engagement by Kevin to post a check. You try to call, no one picks up, you email Kevin directly and he ignores multiple emails, only via the threat to go to the Bureau of Consumer Fraud and Protections, did my check miraculously get solved and issued in 2 days. They also incorrectly charged me for an extra month of amenities, Kevin keeps telling me they will refund it to me but no action as of yet (I left in January 2019)

It’s definitely s great place to live. It’s beautiful, the amenities are great, but management is truly disappointing. Whenever you try to get in contact with anyone and you need something fixed or something just has to get done in your apartment, they are really bad with communicating with each other and getting the job done. They take a really long time to get to it and they will just let themselves in to your apartment as they please. It just seems like they don’t care that much about how they do their job.
