The incompetence of most of the board of directors is astonishing. They lost a million dollars on a project due to their lack of ability, hiring a non-window company to do a window project. They yelled and screamed at the management company, trying to pass the blame to others, to hide the fact that they don't know what they are doing. It is terribly ironic that you have people who have no idea how to run a company running a million dollar business making choices that they don't know anything about. Their "leadership" style consists of bullying those in front of them, demanding that employees are fired for no reason other than to fulfill their ego, and providing no value outside of talking negatively about people behind their backs. If you consider living in this building, you probably have brain damage like the board secretary. If you do live here, know that your property value will not increase like to board president's waist line, as long as these idiots are running the show.

The Executive Manager is a narcissist. He constantly drinks too much and was forced to attend anger management for striking an employee. He treats people like garbage and will interrupt you to talk about himself and how he has a boat, and how glorious he was in the military, and how he beat up Bobby Brown outside of a strip club. He demanded medical attention from staff after he punched a taxi because he "wasn't going to get punked in front of all those people." He manipulates Board Members to his advantage, accepts bribes to project bidders, jumbles up even the simplest details, whined and screamed that an engineer wouldn't go to see him before she left the building, advocates arm wrestling and holds grudges when he loses saying he "let them win", calls people names and mocks them, throws keys at people and slams heavy binders in front of them. His leadership skills are atrocious. The job would be brilliant if he wasn't involved in screwing everything up.
