The worst building ever. I’m pretty sure all positive reviews are fake! It's under construction now, lots of noise, mess, no water time to time, no amenities, and the price is not cheaper than before the construction, it's the same as for the other similar buildings on the market with none of these problems. Right now I can't sleep at night because of the noise from the heater. Do not recommend to move in!

I've been living here since 2016 and I must say this place has felt more like home than anywhere else I have ever been. I thank the management team for their diligence, care, and attitude towards the residents. I'm fortunate to be living here where the residents come first, attention is attributed to our quality of life and an open communication is practiced throughout. Lacy, Rob and everyone else, thank you for being the best!

Edit: I lived here in 2018 and moved out the first chance i could. Most of the positive reviews below are regarding the old landlord and the building was bought out by a new company in 2017/2018 and then there was nothing but trouble. This is definitely the worst building I've ever lived in in nyc. In summary, the quality of living here is minimal for a luxury building, rude staff and management, and they essentially steal money from your account (see below for more details). Quality of living here is extremely low, especially for what is supposed to be a "luxury" highrise: I've only been here for 3 months and there have already been 4 nights without hot water (so no shower), 2 days + nights without any running water at all (building had to hand out bottled water just so people stay hydrated), elevators broke; we paid extra to stay in an apartment with an outdoor balcony and the building spent countless hours renovating and washing the exterior creating tons of noise and dust which seeped into the apartment (I came back one day and saw a thick layer of dust on the floor). With all those problems, the management and leasing office refuse to acknowledge them and pretend all those are normal, everyday problems at every residential building. Well, that is just not true. Lacy, one of the leasing agents, is extremely rude to customers. She's all polite before you sign the lease and once you do, that's it. I called her to complain about the issues and she basically said those are common problems to have and nothing to worry about. Luckily we only signed a 6-month lease. But the problems got so bad we wanted out in our 3rd month here. But the leasing office of course wouldn't let us out early. Also, during the last half month of our lease, the building's automatic payment system took a whole month's rent by mistake. We called them to try to address it but they just blamed it on some technicality and wouldn't return us the money. They said the money would only be returned with our security deposit one month after we move out. What a scam. Now they basically steal money from our account. PLS STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUILDING. AND MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO FIRE LACY.
