I’ve been to this building several times, my friend lives there and loves it, I don’t blame her, I would love to live in this building as well. It’s beautiful, clean and has great amenities. The energy of the staff in the building adds to the appeal. Everyone is always warm and smiling, even the super is super friendly! If you’re looking for an apartment look here!

This building is in the most convenient area in the city! It’s always immaculately clean! It has two outdoor spaces one on the roof which is furnished with lounge chairs, couches and tables plus an awesome view of the Empire State building. The other outdoor space has barbecues high top tables, Couches and tables and is located outside the shared lounge area which has a kitchen, couches, and tables that can be used for a workspace. There’s a free gym in the building with all the latest equipment including a peloton bike. The live in Super is great at fixing, putting together, mounting etc...

AVOID. The walls are sooo thin!! I can hear it every time my neighbors talk in their home. The thing is, they were just talking normally and weren't even loud!! Also the resident one floor above me has a dog and it barks every single day early in the morning and sometimes late at night, which is a HUGE problem for my sleep. Considering how much I'm paying for the rent I don't think it's worth it at all.
