        Great location, very nice tenants, lovely hallways and old, historic building in a central area. Very generous heat in the cold months! Nice staff. Management is not particularly friendly, and the building has the nuisance of having to have the dest clerk buzz the doors to unlock every single time you want to come in, which makes it a big hassle with groceries.

        My boyfriend, Ron Littke, & I moved to NYC from Wenatchee, Tenino, & Seattle, WA, in 1975. We moved into Bretton Hall the end of ‘75 or beginning of ‘76. It was a great place with thick walls. At the time they catered to performers. I bet they still do.
