Thank god we didn't rent from them. My roommates and I mainly dealt with Isaac. I don't know who taught him how to do business but they did a terrible job. He is rude, unresponsive, evasive and dishonest. We almost rented with him and getting him to do ANYTHING we asked was always a story. In 2018, there is no excuse to not be answering texts from clients, everyone is always on their phone and this is your job. If you ever find an apartment and hes the broker, think again. You'll find something better with someone much less sketchy

The Staff is always helpful. The Building are kept very clean! Mr. Jol is kind Excellent person & super sweet with the elderly helps them in every way possible! This management also friendly Cashly Thank You

This management office is genuinely the worst I've ever encountered. The super of my former  building, Dario is lazy, unresponsive and sexist, he would only answer calls and texts from my male roommate. He also thought I couldn't speak Spanish and called me a bitch in front of me to his friend on the phone while in my apartment. He made me uncomfortable in my home and he was so bad at his job he once forgot to reconnect my kitchen sink after unclogging it and FLOODED the entire kitchen, damaging many personal items and furniture. I asked him to fix my radiator once and he came into the apartment when I wasn't home, turned off my heat, and removed the knob so I couldn't turn it back on in January. The management office did nothing, even after telling them repeatedly I felt uncomfortable and asked if they could send someone else in the future. My upstairs neighbors were running an illegal daycare center out of the apartment and it was so loud I couldn't have zoom meetings while working from home during COVID and nothing was done, even though I reported it. Also the tiny kids coming and going were exposed to the wild parties in the hallways at night. One of my neighbors once popped a bottle of champagne and the cork hit me in the face. This was in the middle of COVID. A man once got into the apartment to threaten one of my neighbors and demand money and when I came out of my apartment, he threatened me. I told management and they told me it was my fault. This office should have their license revoked and I would strongly advise they fire Dario Sanchez if they'd like to avoid a lawsuit.
