You know how every building says they have bad management? This place is the worst. Hallways frequently smell like piss. Doors don't seal properly. Mold hidden everywhere. You can hear every word your neighbors say and they can hear you as well. The laundry room has 8 washers and 4 dryers so it's ALWAYS a nightmare. Half the units haven't had had in 9 months. Go literally anywhere else. They don't deserve your money.

They lied to us and said we wouldn’t have cooking gas for 2 months. 8 months later still cooking on a hot plate. Would never sign here or with any Dalan property ever again.

Moved in July 2019 to find the laundry room was under maintenance due to code violation, an elevator was out of order, and the building's gas was cut off by ConEd due to an additional code violation. The gas is still turned off with no end in sight (still off March 2020). Management refuses to reimburse residents unless you are signing a lease after the gas has been turned off. I haven't been able to cook with my oven or stove since I moved in. Honestly, just go anywhere else. The Management company is a joke and will rip you off any chance they get. Never met such scum lords. Didn't think anyone could have so much disrespect for their residence.
