Poor product, poor customer service. I recently ordered two casters that were shown to have brakes. When the casters arrived I installed them to find that the brakes were pretty much totally ineffective, ornamental really. They totally didn't work. I'm not sure why they are selling these when they are so obviously not functional. I realized that I was out the shipping cost but no longer had use for them so I wanted to return them. I called to just ask about the return process to make sure I did everything properly. The guy I talked to was really rude and short, and repeated himself multiple times that I'd have to pay the return shipping. When I asked if there was anything I needed to know about addressing the the package he rudely was like, "just send it back." With a like, "duh" tone. Didn't ask why, didn't care. I don't know how companies like this stay in business.

Amazing company. I contacted Jerry about some missing pieces adding up to quite a sum of money and with no hesitation he added them free of charge to my next order. Anytime he feels Ive made a mistake in my orders he contacts me to double check. You dont hardly find this in companies anymore. Highly recommended and great customer service.
