        Joe has done my taxes for years. Over the last 4 his ability to do business professionally has been greatly diminished. but I still hung in there with him. This year, he filed 2 separate tax returns for me (with 2 sets of totally different refund/payment amounts) and refuses to clarify what happened. I've been trying to get answers for a week. He said not to call, but to email. When I email he has said that I am harassing him and that he will charge me money for the time that it is taking him to answer the emails. All I want to know is what happened and how can I fix it. He has offered no apology and I now have to try to fix this on my own. DO NOT USE This person.
