Terrible experience waited 2 hours before even being seen at 4:30 am. Not even busy when I went in. never found out what I had or what it could be.. came to white plains because my fiance had the same symptoms they started treating her with in 30 minutes.

This hospital is horrible! My mom has been here for days, they dont want to wash her up, they dont inform the family when the patient goes in surgery or comes out! The staff is rude no bedside manner at all just horrible over overall!

Dont go there .one of the worst hospitals .No star.
My mother's treatment was overshadowed by a clear lack of ethics and a focus on financial gains rather than proper care. The absence of human values in their approach to healthcare was evident. It's disheartening to see health treated as a business at the cost of genuine care. Please be cautious when considering this hospital for your loved ones.
