It was a pleasure working with John and his son Alex. They installed a new AC system that has kept us cool for the end of summer! They were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable and kind. It was a delight working with them and would happily recommend them to others.

Just had Alex heating and conditioning install a new system and service an existing older system. Their pricing was very competitive, and they did exactly what was explained to me. Last but not least their team was very clean & respectful and Ill highly recommend them!

I have used Alex heating and A/C twice and I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and very timely response to my request for service.

We engaged John Ricevuto from Alex HVAC to install a mini split in house and paid him half the money on the contract. However subsequently given the overall total cost we discussed and mutually agreed to cancel the agreement and for him to refund the monies. It has been more than three months since the last time we spoke and he has stopped picking up our calls.
The address mentioned on the site is also incorrect as that office was vacated sometime around the start of Covid, in short this is a sham.
Updated: Subsequently we received the $$ after couple of more months, understand that the $$ were stuck with the vendor thus the delay. I have changed the rating from 1 start to 3 star given the developments. He did work on the HVAC before all of this and did a professional job in a very time fashion manner. Understand the above could have been handled better with communication. Service: Install AC
