I've worked for this company close to 20 years and cannot say enough great things.
The owners are extremely knowledgeable and put their heart and soul into the operation of this company.

Military shop (Vietnam) was warned by myriad number of co-workers not to go here. I didn't listen.... this place tops all the bad places. They make you take a stupid test....you swear you're going to university for HVAC, then to go to NASA, then to fly to the space station to repair a refrigerant leak!! Supposedly, some geek squad book worm designed this test.... it has a stupid question....that no matter what multiple choice you picked....the answer is wrong. Almost every person told me about this place. They're penny wise....but pound foolish. They don't appreciate hard-working genuine workers..... they have an old man as a supervisor who dont know his behind from his elbow, always on some snitch business. It reminded me of Randall from that cartoon called Recess. The boss operates like he's King Tut or Julian from Madagascar... he dont get to know his workers. Like some places, they show respect to people who are going the extra mile for their business, and workers should never be scared to approach their boss. They dont read emails...I told them that I'm losing the parking spot for the company van that their paying for and that they had set up with the landlord, they didnt read my emails and technically fired me for parking the vehicle on the street, even though i never got a ticket, saying when I get a spot I can come back and work for them. They then denied me unemployment when i signed up for it. But they should have known that i was smarter than all of them in that company put together. I then requested a hearing, which is my right, gathered my evidence, and won the case and made them all look like fools. A Judge will use his personal judgment rather than depending on a Jury, and he saw that i was a good man a good worker, and granted me the back pay, which was pocket change, cause I found a new job in no time. I was one of the best worker, fixed all their issues on jobs that they so call supervisor couldn't fix or find, one time i did an entire survey of a building on my own, wrote up possibly 80G in jobs, then did the entire PM on my own, took 20 boxes, to the roof and stored it while working in the rain. Then the supervisor came and started looking for petty issues on the job, and said to me that all 20 economisers on each unit are defective while sending messages to the office like a RANDALL. I then challenged him and pulled him on his BS and said that there was no way all 20 economisers were defective and said i dont believe you, when he left the job site, I rechecked one of the economiser and got it to work, and recorded it, then i sent it to all his superiors and tagged him on it, apart from all this. I never got calls back, not once while working for them. Every technical job i was sent on i fixed, which is why the bridge is burnt. I don't sell my skills to low lives. They infamy is soo known.....that workers don't go here, the word is out there. I, however, decided to use my own judgment rather than listen to people because I would rather get to know people myself.... but sometimes the best thing to do is to listen!! They lost an A class worker....due to greed.
