John and his team of highly skilled mechanics are awesome! Work is done when promised, super honest and exceptional customer service. Nobody I would trust more with my car!

Called triple A for a Tow, and they decided to send out TNT. Before they get there they call me and told me the driver was at another call. So I told them Ill be next door to grab something and they completed the tow via triple A. Not even 10min pass and Im calling the guy for an update and he says I have to contact triple A because the driver could not wait. Mean while he told me the driver was on another call.
Being an owner of an auto repair shop myself, this was poor customer service and I would warn people stay away. If they treat tow customers like that imaging if you take your car to their shop.. and I am not one to write a bad review but this place was so bad that I had to. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!!!!!
