This place really cares about their customers. The tow truck operators, Julio and Rich were very helpful to me when they had to come get my car after it spontaneously caught on fire. Then Mr. Chin and Ms. Pearl in the office were so helpful and kind to me. Mr. Chin is a wealth of knowledge in the insurance process and the industry period and Ms. Pearl was very helpful and communicative with me. Even workers who werent working directly with me wished me well and offered help (thanks Rob). If I ever need anything car related, I will definitely come back to Star Auto body! Thank you to everyone at Star Autobody!!
