Please read this review very carefully so that this does not happen to you. Our nightmare homebuying experience first started when my wife & I put in an offer for a property in Suffolk County, Long Island which was listed by Bon Anno Homes Real Estate with the selling real estate agent being Jairo Pinto. The selling agent, Jairo, had very poor, and I mean terrible, communication skills. Our agent had the worst experience getting in contact with him to find out the the status of the offer. It took almost two weeks of constant calls from our agent for this guy to finally respond saying our offer was accepted thus beginning the worst part of this ordeal.
Unbeknownst to us, we were being strung along the whole time. Us being extremely excited first time homebuyers, my wife and I rushed in to sign the contracts and place the down-payment with our attorney the next day. The paperwork along with the down-payment were sent to the selling attorney, Christopher Romano, and the selling agent overnight by express mail.
Here comes the heartbreak. We eagerly waited to hear back from the sellers just to find out the sellers, the real estate agent (Jairo Pinto), and the selling attorney (Christopher Romano) had all shoved our signed contract aside just to wait for a higher offer on the house which wasnt even worth how much we offered. They went with someone elses offer and did not at any point have the decency to reach out to us in good faith to let us know that this was the game they were playing.
If you are a potential buyer or seller, please read this review and be aware of the antics of Jairo Pinto, Bon Anno Homes Real Estate, and selling attorney Christopher Romano.

Working with Beth and BonAnno has been an absolute pleasure. We used Beth for both buying our house and six years later, selling it. She was always in constant contact with us, always answered all of our questions and addressed all of our concerns. She is incredibly attentive and very knowledgeable about the market, how things work, and the full process. She even helped us find a realtor down in NC to use and vetted her out and everything.
