      image The 4 star is because of the location being so congested but on the bright side the people will take care of your needs. The employees are well mannered and understanding of what you need to get the job done. I had rented a truck and a car puller. The nice gentleman hooked everything for me in the freezing cold with no hesitation. I made it all the way to NC without any issues. Also I was put in a clean up to date truck.. thank you

      image Do not return here after hours ! The place does not have capacity to park the trucks and advises customers to park on the street. However, it is really hard to find the spot there. I did park the truck close to another Penske truck, next day I called the place and they told me everything is ok. So, today I got a surprise charge on my card from Penske without any communication, turned out that is a parking ticket. Worst experience ever !
