I had a fantastic experience at this store. Unlike the two stores I had gone to prior, the reps at this store took their time to explain everything beautifully and helped us get set up with two new phones.

This is the worst store in NYC. They trick you in to buying a new phone without informing you the details. They spelled my name wrong in my account, they hand up in you face when you call. Don't ever buy here or visit this store.
