Excellent service I went to make appointment for my daughter new passport than I realized this place doesn't have the passport service. But the staff was able to help me make an appointment in another office that offers the service. Amazing courtesy from the staff whom I am very thankful for her help and I really appreciate her so much.

This post office is crawling with thieves. I have had multiple packages STOLEN from the Steinway USPS. Do not use this post office!

The attitude of the workers and the management is terrible need to work on talking to the customers more politely because if they don't they will be out of a job soon
